What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?
Of course, you can only cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Send an email to info@michidamato.com, entering your order number.
Why haven't I received the order confirmation?
Our payment circuit, equipped with all the security standards required by law, takes up to 60 minutes to process the order and send the purchase confirmation. If, after 60 minutes, you have not received the order confirmation via email, write to us at info@michidamato.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most popular payment methods: PayPal, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), GooglePay, ApplePay, Afterpay, bank transfer and cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery). Please see our payment policy HERE .
Can I request an invoice for my order?
Certainly! After placing an order, send an email to info@michidamato.com, contact us via WhatsApp, or use the site chat, providing both the order number and all invoice details. We will issue it as soon as the order is processed.
Shipments, returns and replacements
When do you ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24/48 working hours. Once you complete your purchase and verify your payment (it may take up to 60 minutes), you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. You can view our shipping policy by clicking HERE .
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. You can choose, at checkout, standard shipping or express shipping.
Which couriers do you ship with?
We ship with Poste Delivery Business, GLS and DHL.
How do I track the shipment of my order?
The day your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number. We remind you that by accessing your account and searching for your order, you will find the shipment tracking number.
How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your order, except for periods in which it is expressly indicated otherwise. Send an email to info@michidamato.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return: we will send you all the instructions for proceeding with the return. We remind you that all the items you want to return must be new and with the original tag still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products have been used or damaged. I want to change size or replace an item: is it possible?
Yes. You have 30 days to send an email to info@michidamato.com, specifying the order number and the size or item you want to receive as a replacement. Our customer support will respond within 24/48 working hours with instructions for proceeding with the replacement.
