Shipping Methods

  • Express Shipping: Express shipping is handled by a courier service and provides delivery within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. This option is subject to additional costs.
  • In-Store Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their orders at our physical store located at Via Nicolò Putignani 49, 70121 Bari, Italy. In-store pickup is free of charge.

Shipping Costs

  • The cost for express shipping is €6.90, visible during the checkout process. Shipping is free for orders over €249.00 shipped to an address in Italy. GLS shipment cost is 7,50 €, even if the order amount is over 249,00 €. DHL shipment cost is 12,00 €, even if the order amount is over 249,00 €.
  • In-store pickup is free of charge.

Delivery Times

  • Express shipping requires 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unexpected delays.

Order Tracking

  • We will provide a tracking number for every shipped order, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipment.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Zone 1: The shipping cost for Zone 1 is €20,00 (International Postal Service), 30,00 € (DHL Economy) or 50,00 € (DHL Express).
  • Zone 2 and 3: The shipping cost for Zones 2 and 3 is €25,00 (International Postal Service), 35,00 € (DHL Economy) or 55,00 € (DHL Express).
  • Zone 4: The shipping cost for Zone 4 is 35,00 € (DHL Economy) or 55,00 € (DHL Express).
  • Zone 5: The shipping cost for Zone 5 is 40,00 € (DHL Economy) or 65,00 € (DHL Express).
  • Zone 6: The shipping cost for Zone 6 is 55,00 € (PDB) or 75,00 € (DHL Express).
  • Zone 7: The shipping cost for Zone 7 is 70,00 € (PDB) or 90,00 € (DHL Express).

Customs Duties:
